For members who want to communicate with a monitor please email at monitors@zenmontreal.ca and put the name of the monitor you wish to address in the subject.

Please note that one of the monitors will be receiving this email and that he will pass it on to the monitor in question. Therefore if you would like to keep the matter private between you and the monitor could you please simply initiate the communication in the first email. For example: in the subject matter please put the name of the monitor you would like to speak to and in the body of the email simply state your name and that you would like to ask a question and then when the monitor writes back you could then explain the situation fully. This will ensure your privacy.

However, if it is a general question you can go ahead and ask it and the email will be forwarded to the monitor.

Please remember to include your full name so confusion will be avoided.

Applications for sesshin

Members, please note that all applications for sesshin must be made in writing, either by filling in a form and putting it in the contribution box if your are resident of Montreal, or by sending it by post. However, you can if you wish also send an e-mail in confirmation to make sure your application arrives in time - this is mainly for the convenience for people who live out of town. Applications need to be received at the Center at least two weeks before the start of sesshin, so that decisions can be made and people given time to make arrangements for attending the sesshin.

If you wish to apply for only part of a seven day sesshin, please put on the form the number of days you wish to attend and the dates.

As we are only allowed to have four cars parked in the driveway, it may be necessary for you to park on Parc Stanley if you come by car.

The May and October seven-day sesshins are usually over-booked. If you wish to come to a seven-day, please apply to one of the four others if it is possible for you.

When sending an email for a sesshin application please put in the subject matter 'sesshin application' and in the main body of the email put your full name, phone number and the dates of the sesshin you wish to attend and email it to: jeanlow@bellnet.ca

Please note: once you have sent your sesshin application look for a reply acknowledging that your email has been received. If you do not get a reply either resend the email using this address: jeanlow@bellnet.ca or contact Jean by phone.
