The zendo is located downtown. Regular periods of zazen are held throughout the year. Visitors are welcome and introductory meetings are offered. We ask beginners to attend this introductory session before sitting with the group. Details of activities are given on the zendo's internet site.

A one day sitting is held once a month from autumn to spring with a taped teisho by Albert Low.
