The Kingston Zendo is the oldest affiliate of the Montreal Zen Center and is situated in beautiful Kingston, Ontario.

The group, which has been in existence since the mid-1970s, meets Sunday morning starting promptly at 7:45 for two roungs of sitting, a teisho by Albert (on tape) and some chanting.

We are usually finished by 10:00. We currently meet in a second-floor common room (Room 236 or 240 - go up the stairs by the Union St. entrance) of the John Deutsch University Center on the main campus of Queen's University (on the corner of Union St. and University Ave).
